There is a Spring bulky waste & electronics drop-off in the municipal building parking lot on the first and third Saturdays in May (April 30th and May 14th for 2022). The fee is $5 per car and $10 per truck or trailer. If residents miss this drop off, they are advised to make arrangements with their private garbage hauler. When applying for a permit, the Construction Office will guide applicants as to which permit applications are required, as well as which prior approvals must be obtained. Construction plans and inspections are required for a variety of building alterations including but not limited to electrical and/or plumbing modifications or changing of wall partitions.
